If you received the error message “An account already exists for this email address” when creating a new account in the Applicant Portal, try the following steps:
- Click on the word here and (1) login if you remember your credentials or (2) click ‘Forgot your password?’ and reset your password.
Pro-tip: Add no-reply@gotomygrants.com to your email contacts or filters to ensure you receive automated AmpliFund emails.
2. Create a ticket in our Support Portal at amplifund.zendesk.com or email our Support team at support@amplifund.zendesk.com
