Through this Core Concept video for Grant Makers, learn about how to add funding to an opportunity. Having income received in a fund is a prerequisite to being able to award recipients.
27 STEPS
1. Welcome to the Euna Grants Core Concept training video focused on adding funding to an opportunity.
2. Complete a few steps to enter funding into Euna grants. Once you've completed all these steps, let's add your program funding.
3. Log into Euna Grants and navigate to Program Management
4. Then Opportunities
5. This will take you to the Fund Opportunity page with a list of all opportunity records you’ve created in Euna Grants.
6. Click on an Opportunity
7. This takes you to the opportunity details page. Here, you are able to see all the entered information about your opportunity. To add funding, click on the plus icon next to the dollar amount.
8. Once the Add Opportunity Funding box appears, you’ll see three required fields to fill out. Select your funding type from the dropdown menu that includes organization, individual, grant, and fund options. Select Fund.
9. Select Fund
10. Next, select your funding source from the drop-down.
11. Select a Fund
12. Finally, enter the funding amount committed to your opportunity. For this example, type $150,000. Note that your fund must already have income received, which are added on the fund details page.
13. To update your fund, navigate back to that section and add income. Once you’ve entered all funding information, click add.
14. Notice after you click save that the funding information section is updated to include the amount you entered. Click the plus sign to add additional funding through the life of the opportunity. Let's add more now.
15. Select from the drop-down
16. Scroll down and click here
17. For this example, type in $5,000.
18. Click Add once you're done.
19. The funding has increased. In order to create awards in Euna Grants, you must have funding entered on your opportunity. The opportunity can be published and receive applications prior to adding funding.
20. If you want to review further details of funding entered, click on the Configuration tab at the top, then Program Funding.
21. Click Program Funding
22. You can review your amount committed on the Program Funding Details page.
23. Should you want to add more funding, you can also add it here by clicking the plus sign.
24. Follow the same steps and Click Add.
25. If you do not need to add any program funding, click cancel to return to the Program Funding Details page.
