Euna Grants sends automated email notifications when key actions are taken across grants, opportunities, awards, and custom forms. This guide provides a comprehensive reference for which users receive notifications based on the action performed and the roles assigned to the record.
For actions with multiple possible outcomes, the recipient is determined by which roles are currently assigned to the record. If a primary role is not assigned, the system falls back to the next eligible role or email address as described in the guide.
