How To Copy a Measure to Post-Award

Prerequisite: You must be an Organizational Administrator, Department Admin, or Grant Manager.

Measures created in the Pre-Award phase can be copied to the Post-Award performance plan, allowing you to leverage your planning work in the post-award phase.

1. Open Grant Management > Grants > All Grants.
2. Click a grant name.
3. Open the Pre-Award tab > Submission Measures.
4. Click the   (Copy icon) in the icon bar in the top right corner of the screen.
5. In the pop-up window, select whether you would like to copy the Pre-Award deliverables, measures, or both.
6. Click Copy.

Note: If an option is greyed out, it means you are missing the necessary pre-award data or, permissions, or Deliverables and Measures already exist in Post-Award.
