In the Applicant Portal, an application can display one of several statuses. Knowing what each status means helps you track where an application stands and what actions are available to you at each stage. This article covers the available statuses, how to view your applications, withdraw a submitted application, and delete an application.

Application Statuses
An application can display any of the following statuses as it moves through the review process.

| Saved | You saved the opportunity but have not started an application |
| Unsubmitted | You started an application but have not submitted it |
| Submitted | You submitted the application, and it is awaiting review |
| Withdrawn | You withdrew the application from consideration |
| Approved | Your funder approved the application |
| Rejected | Your funder did not select the application |
Viewing Your Applications
The Applications page lists every application you have interacted with in the Applicant Portal.
- Click the logo in the upper left corner of the screen. Depending on your funder, this logo may display as your funder's logo or the Euna Grants logo.
The Applications page displays your application list, including each application's name and submission dates.
Note: Funders can set an archive date for an opportunity. After this date, the opportunity is no longer available for review. - Click the Application Name to open it.
The Opportunity Details page displays. - From the Opportunity Details page, continue an application you already started, or click the Apply button to begin a saved, still-open opportunity.

Withdrawing an Application
You can withdraw a submitted application from the Opportunity Details page to remove it from consideration.
Warning: Once you withdraw an application, you cannot resubmit it.
- On the Opportunity Details page, click the Withdraw button.
A confirmation popup displays. - Click the Withdraw button to confirm.
The application status changes to Withdrawn.- To cancel, click the Opportunity Details page behind the confirmation popup to close it without withdrawing.
Note: A withdrawn application remains accessible. Open the application to download its contents. If your funder allows only one application per organization, delete the withdrawn application from the Applications page before submitting a new one for that opportunity.
Deleting an Application
You can permanently delete an application from the Applications page.
Warning: You cannot access an application after deleting it. Download and save its content beforehand.
- Click the Delete button next to the application.
A confirmation popup displays. - Click the Delete button to confirm or click the Cancel button to keep the application.
