As a recipient in Euna Grants, you can upload and share grant-related documents with your funder directly from the grant record, eliminating the need to send files through email or external platforms. Documents are organized into two types of folders: the Public folder for documents shared with your funder, and internal folders for documents only visible to members of your organization.

Uploading Documents
Use the Public folder to upload and share documents with your funder.
To upload a document:
- Navigate to Grant Management > Grants.
The All Grants list displays. - Click the name of the award.
The Award Details page displays. - Click the Tools tab, then click Documents.
The Documents page displays. - Click the Public folder under the Name column.
The folder contents display. - Click the Upload Documents button in the options toolbar.
The Upload Documents popup displays. - Click the Choose file(s) button to select the file from your computer.
- Click the Upload button.
The uploaded files display in the Public folder.
Creating Internal Folders
You can create additional folders for your organization's internal use. Newly created folders default to internal and are not visible to your funder unless you move them into the Public folder. Internal folders are only accessible to members of your organization with access to the award.
To create an internal folder:
- From the Documents page, click the Create Folder button in the options toolbar.
The Create Document Folder popup displays. - Enter a name in the Name field.
- Click the Create button.
The new folder displays in the Documents list.
Managing Uploaded Documents
Once you upload a document, you can manage it directly from the folder using the buttons next to the file name.
