How to Access the Payment Profiles Page on a Recipient Organization Record

  1. Click Contacts > Sub-Recipients or Contacts > Lead Recipients.
  2. Click on an Organization Name.
  3. In the top toolbar, click Contact Info > Payment Profiles.

The Payment Profiles grid page displays with:

  • Payment Profile Name
  • Payment Profile ID
  • Actions

Note: Payment Profiles are stored on the Recipient Organization record. A single Recipient can have multiple Payment Profiles. Only Active Payment Profiles appear in the Award Payment Profile dropdown.
