Euna Grants tracks performance through Measures, Deliverables, and Activities, which replaced the former Goals, Strategies, and Achievements. A measure represents a specific target you want to track over the course of a grant, such as a milestone to reach, a number to achieve, or a percentage to hit. Measures give funders and recipients a consistent way to monitor progress and report on outcomes throughout the grant lifecycle.
You can create a new measure using one of three available types: Milestone, Numeric, or Percent.
| Measure Type | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Milestone | Used to document a specific action or point in time, such as holding a meeting, completing a survey, conducting a review, or submitting content | Hold a community input meeting by the end of Q2 |
| Numeric | Used to track achievement of a specific number, such as a number of participants or people reached | Serve 500 participants through the program |
| Percent | Used to track a percentage value, such as a percentage of participants or members, a retention rate, or an increase or decrease in a rate | Achieve an 85% participant retention rate |
Note: Narrative and Reimbursement measure types are now legacy and read-only. You cannot create new measures using these types, though existing ones remain accessible for reference. You can still create new Activities against existing Narrative and Reimbursement measures.
