1. Welcome to the Euna Grants Core Concept video focused on Grant Tools.
2. Once you have a grant entered in the system there are numerous tools you can use with your grant. In today’s session we’ll cover how you might want to use these tools. To get started, navigate to Grant Management
3. Then Grants
4. Select the first grant you might want to use tools for.
5. Once you are in a grant, you’ll see options at the top, including the tools menu. To see all tool options, click on the tools drop down.
6. Under the tools drop down you see 5 key areas, including: email manager, tasks, documents, eSignature, and notes. First we’ll dive into email manager.
7. First we’ll dive into email manager. Users may create and send emails to staff, users and individuals, that will be connected to the record.
8. Click on the plus sign, to create a new email.
9. The emails will be sent to the recipients’ primary email addresses and will also appear in the Message Center.
10. In this entry screen you’d enter any recipients, subject, body and any attachments. Then click send.
11. Next, let’s look at tasks. Click Tools
12. Click Tasks. From the Tasks list, users with appropriate security role can create and assign tasks to other staff that will be connected to the object record.
13. Once created, tasks will appear on that staff’s Euna Grants calendar, and they will receive email reminders related to that task. From the details screen, click on the plus sign to add a task then begin to enter the details.

15. Task status and Due date, are required to enter a task.
16. Enter a description, select one or many assignees
17. Optionally, configure up to 3 reminders
18. When ready, click Save
19. After clicking save you land on a details page, where you can always click on the pencil icon to edit if needed or you can navigate back to your grant by clicking the grant at the top.
20. Now, let's review Documents.
21. Within Documents, users can upload and view object-specific files and folders. Once an object record has been created, Euna Grants automatically creates a record folder that is accessible from the object record or from the Documents module.
22. In the top right icon tool bar, click on the folder with the plus sign to create folders or click on the paper with the arrow sign to upload any relevant documents to the grant record.

24. Next, let's review eSignature
25. Within eSignature, click on the plus sign to create an eSignature document.
26. Type a Document Title
27. Select a signer. You may start typing and select from the list of staff, or type a non-Euna grants user email address.
28. Upload a document. Upon clicking Create, you will land on a configuration page.
29. Drag fields from the left panel into your document such as signature and date. Then click Send.
30. Then click Send.
31. Additional information related to the grant may be stored as a Note.
32. Each note may include a title, note date, text, and an attachment. Enter the note title and any additional information about the note that would be helpful. Once you’ve entered all applicable information click Create.
33. Once you’ve entered all applicable information click Create.
34. Remember, you can use the Activity center to view information on these tools, like Tasks and Message Center. The activity center is a central location for all actions related to your grants.
35. You can look at the calendar to see due dates of any tasks entered, or click on the Tasks option.
