Getting Going with Grants: Core Concept: Entering Achievements

1. Welcome to the Euna Grants Core Concept Video focused on entering achievements into performance plans.

2. The performance plan functionality in Euna Grants allows you to build your performance plan goals, add progress to each goal throughout the lifecycle of your grant, close out tracking periods and mark goals as complete.

3. Today, we’ll be covering how to add progress to your goals. In a separate Core Concept video, we’ll review how to create and close out tracking periods and mark a goal as complete. Let's jump on Euna Grants and enter an achievement.

4. When we log into Euna Grants, we see our calendar. There are a couple of ways you can enter achievements within Euna Grants.

5. The first would be to use the activity center and click on Activity, then Achievements.

6. From the Achievements tab, you can see your grants and the goals. There’s a plus sign that you can click to create an achievement against a goal.

7. The next way to access achievement entry is from a grant record, by going to Grant Management

9. Select your grant from the grant screen

10. Then click on Analytics

11. You can quickly jump to achievement entry on the Quick Create link on the right-hand side for Achievements

12. The final way you can get to achievement entry is by going to the Post Award tab.

13. Then, Performance, finally Performance Plan

14. There you’ll see your list of goals where you can enter your achievements. The trophy icon will take you to your list of achievements against that goal.

15. As you can see, for our goal of developing a survey, we don’t have any achievements yet. Let’s add one by clicking the plus sign.

16. In this entry screen, information about your strategy, goal, goal type, and the assignee will be included. You need to make sure your achievement date lines up with the time period for your start and end date for your goal.

17. Click Create

18. Now you can see I have an achievement against my goal of conducting a survey.
