1. Welcome to the Euna Grants Core Concept video on Pre- and Post-Award Status Reports, two key tools in the reporting suite.

2. Euna Grants offers configurable dashboards and reports to give insights, highlight gaps, and help you stay mission-focused and efficient.

3. In this Core Concept video, we’ll focus on the pre and post award status reports.

4. Reports can be filtered, formatted, and exported.
You can customize what you see, draw attention to key data, and share results in multiple formats.

5. Let’s start with the Pre-Award Status Report.
Navigate to Reports > Pre-Award

6. Click Pre-Award Status

7. This report shows all grants by default. Use the right-side filter to focus only on pre-award statuses.

8. Columns include status, grant, receipt date, departments, subjects, grant writers, key dates, and financials. Uncheck columns to remove them.

9. Right-click any cell to open formatting tools.

10. You can bold headers, change colors, or adjust how data is displayed to highlight important info.

11. Export results to Excel, PDF, or RTF using the menu options at the top of the report.

12. Now let’s open the Post-Award Status Report.
Navigate to Reports > Post Award

13. Click Post-Award Status

14. This report includes grant details such as departments, dates, funded amounts, expenses to date, and remaining budget. As with Pre-Award, you can remove columns by unchecking boxes in the filter panel to create a more focused view.

15. Enhanced filters let you filter by status, risk, department, or subject.

16. Use the plus sign icon (+) to add more filters or click X to remove them.

17. Right-click cells or columns for formatting tools, just like in Pre-Award.

18. Export options include Excel, PDF, or RTF.
