Through this Core Concept video, learn about the different view configuration options in Euna Grants. Configuring views on pages like the achievements, tasks or expenses pages allow users to filter, sort, export and interact with their data in Euna Grants.

1. Welcome to the Euna Grants Core Concept video on configurable views.
2. These views help you interact with, filter, sort, and save data across your grants and activities.
3. Euna Grants offers dashboards, reports, and configurable views across grants, events, tasks, achievements, and expenses—helping you sort, group, and filter data for insights, efficiency, and mission focus.
4. You can also save views for quick access later, and many views include export options so you can download the data for offline use
5. Configurable View Features include, Accessing comprehensive data, Filtering, sorting and grouping data, Saving views for later, and Exporting capability
6. As an example, let’s look at Achievements. Navigate to Activity > Achievements to view and configure Achievement data.
7. Click Achievements
8. Click the down arrow next to any header to sort, or to add filters and extra columns, like strategy for grouping goals.
9. To group by a column, drag the column to the header area. You can add multiple columns to create detailed groupings of your data. With your mouse, click and drag Goal Type, then drop it on here
10. To save a view: click the page icon. Click Save View
11. Add a Name
12. and Description.
13. Select Private View if you wish for only your account to be able to use the saved view. Keeping this unchecked will allow other users in your organization to access the saved View.
14. Click Create
15. Saved views appear under Activity > Views, except for Grant and Program views which are saved under Grant Management > Views and Program Management > Views, respectively.
16. Additionally, you can also use quick links to compare Achievements against a Goal. Click Activity, then Achievements
17. Click the trophy icon next to a goal
18. Here are your Achievements against a Goal
19. Click the plus (+) icon to add a new Achievement.
20. You can Print your View results by clicking the printer icon in the upper-right corner. This will generate a version of the view for printing or saving as a PDF for recordkeeping.
