1. Welcome to the Euna Grants Core Concept video focused on the grant budget variance report and grant expense detail report.
2. Euna Grants reporting tools provide configurable dashboards, summaries, and detailed reports to help you gain insights, improve efficiency, and stay mission-focused.
3. In a separate video, we’ll explore other reports available in the Euna Grants suite.
4. Reports in Euna Grants are flexible - you can filter and sort data, adjust columns, apply custom formatting, and export results to share or save.
5. Let’s start with the Grant Budget Variance Report. From the calendar, go to Reports
6. Click Post-Award
7. Click Grant Budget Variance
8. This report shows budgeted versus actual spend by category and line item, with a grant total displayed at the bottom.
The report defaults to the first grant in your list. Use the arrows to scroll
9. Or select a specific grant from the dropdown menu.
10. Change the budget date range with the slider. With your mouse, click and drag, then drop it
11. Or sort columns in ascending or descending order.
12. You can also add or remove columns with a click.
13. To open formatting options and highlight key data points, right-click inside a cell.
14. At the top of the screen, you can export the report to PDF, Excel, or RTF for sharing or offline use.
15. Now let’s look at the Grant Expense Detail Report.
Navigate to Reports
16. Click Post Award
17. Click Grant Expense Detail. This report shows each expense linked to a grant budget line item, including date, status, description, category, line item, and amount.
18. Filter expenses by grant, category, line item, date, or type using the filter options on the right side of the screen.
19. Select Grant
20. Filter by category
21. Filter by line item
22. Add or remove columns as needed, and right-click headers for available formatting options to highlight key details.
23. Like the Variance Report, you can export the Expense Detail Report to Excel, PDF, or RTF for easy sharing.
