The Contacts module is available to all users and provides tools for managing internal and external contact information. Users are able to create contact records for organizations and individuals, and relationships can track connections between organizations and individuals.

1. Welcome to Euna Grants! In this video, we’ll walk you through the Contacts module—your central hub for managing organizations, individuals, staff, and their relationships.
2. The Contacts module is available to all users and helps you manage both internal and external contact information. You can create records for organizations, individuals, and staff, and track relationships between them.
3. Lets start with our first contact type, Organizations.
4. Organizations in Euna Grants can be categorized as federal, state, or local governments, foundations, corporations, vendors, or others.
5. To manage relationships between organizations and individuals, click on Relationships
6. Then Individuals
7. Each organization record can include multiple addresses, email addresses and phone numbers
8. Select individuals and define their relationship. Click on the flag to mark as Primary Contact
9. Click Mark and Save changes
10. If an organization type was selected, Euna Grants will categorize them under one of these lists.
11. Next is Individuals. Individuals are external contacts. Internal contacts should be listed as Staff.
12. Next is Staff. Staff can be assigned responsibilities in the system. They will receive email notifications when tasks they are assigned to, are due. Staff records include compensation history, benefit details, and funding allocations.
13. You can also create user accounts from staff records and assign security roles. Refer to our Security Roles training video to learn more.
14. Our next Contact type is Sub-Recipients. Sub-recipients are recipients of grant sub-awards. This menu displays all activated sub-recipient records.
Accounts must be added under Administration, License Information to appear on the sub-recipient list.
15. Lead recipients are recipients of awards through the Fund Management or Program Management modules for users with Lifecycle or Grant Maker subscriptions.
16. In Euna Grants, users are able to favorite records. Once a record is marked as a favorite, it will appear in a Favorites list for quick access. Contacts, Grants, Programs, and Fund records can be favorited.
17. Click Add Favorite in the icon bar.
18. In the pop-up window, enter a Name. Check the Private checkbox to add the favorited item to your account only. Click Create
19. Page Views enable users to modify any page grid by sorting data, applying filters, adding columns, and applying grouping.
