The Documents module in Euna Grants gives your organization a central place to store and access files. You can upload documents into any folder, and there is no limit on the number of files you can store or the file size.

Uploading Documents
You can upload documents into any folder in the Documents module to store files directly within Euna Grants. To upload a document:
- Select Documents from the left navigation menu.
The Documents section list displays. - Select the section where you want to upload the file.
The section page opens and displays the uploaded documents and folders. - If applicable, select the folder where you want to store the file.
The folder contents display. - Click the Upload Documents button in the options toolbar.
The Upload Documents popup displays. - Click the Choose File(s) button and select the file from your computer.
- Click the Upload button.
The document displays in the folder.
Managing Uploaded Documents
Once a document uploads, use the action buttons next to the file to manage it. Each button is represented by an icon; hover over an icon to display its name. Icons are listed in parentheses next to each button name in the table below.

| Edit (Pencil) | Update the file name or move it to another location |
| Delete (Trash Can) | Permanently remove the file from the folder |
| Download (Document) | Save the file directly to your computer |
