How To Configure Performance Settings on a Grant

Prerequisite: You must be an Organizational Administrator or Grant Manager.

Performance settings allow you to define which roles (funders and/or recipients) can create and edit measures, deliverables, and activities on individual grants. These settings control access and permissions for post-award performance tracking.

1. Open Grant Management > Grants Awarded.
2. Click an inactivated Grant Award Name.
3. Open the Post-Award tab > Settings > Performance Settings.
4. Select Measures Permissions:
   1. Funders can create and edit
   2. Recipients can create and edit
5. Select Deliverables Permissions:
   1. Funders can create and edit
   2. Recipients can create and edit
6. Select Activities Permissions (who can create and edit activities):
   1. Funders can create and edit
   2. Recipients can create and edit
7. Click Save.

Note: These settings apply to the entire grant record and control access for all users in the specified roles. Any changes to permissions will apply immediately to all users working on the grant's performance plan.
