How To View Deliverables on a Grant

Access and review all performance deliverables associated with a grant to track completion and manage key milestones.

Prerequisites: You must have View access to the Performance section of a Grant/Award record with configured performance settings and deliverables.

1. Click Grant Management > Grants.
2. Click on a Grant Name.
3. Click Post-Award > Performance > Deliverables.
4. The Deliverables grid displays:
   • Complete Checkbox
   • Deliverable Name
   • Description
   • Due Date (calculated based on award start/end dates)
   • Progress (based on linked measures)
   • Status (Complete/Incomplete)
5. To expand a deliverable:
   • Click the deliverable name or expand arrow
   • View linked measures and their completion status
