How To Track Progress On A Measure

Monitor how grantee activity is rolling up to measure progress and completion status.

Prerequisites: The award must have a measure with activity added by the grantee.

Click Grant Management > Grants
Click on a Grant Name
Click Post-Award > Performance > Measures
Locate the measure you want to track
Observe the Progress column:
1. Milestone: Shows "Complete" or "In Progress"
2. Number: Shows sum of all activity (e.g., "45 of 50")
3. Percent: Shows calculated percentage (e.g., "90%")
