How To Track Progress on a Deliverable

Monitor deliverable completion status and understand how linked measures contribute to overall progress.

Prerequisites: The award must have a deliverable with linked measures or the ability to mark it complete manually.

1. Click Grant Management > Grants.
2. Click on a Grant Name.
3. Click Post-Award > Performance > Deliverables.
4. Locate the deliverable you want to track
5. Observe the Progress column:
   • Progress bar shows percentage of linked measures completed
6. To mark the deliverable as complete:
   • Click the checkbox in the Status column

Note: This is independent of measure progress; deliverables can be marked complete even if measures are not yet done (use per your process)
