How To Add a Milestone Measure on an Application

Add a milestone (Yes/No, complete/incomplete) performance measure to track the completion of a deliverable.

1. Log in to the Applicant Portal.
2. Navigate to your application for the opportunity.
3. Click Performance Plan.
4. Navigate to the Measures section of the Performance Plan.
5. Click Propose Measure.
6. Enter the following information for your proposed measure:
   • Measure Name (required): What is this measure called? 
   • Type: Select Milestone
   • Description (required): Explain what this measure tracks and why it matters. 
   • Explanation (required): Justify why this measure is necessary for your program.
7. Click Create.
