How To Add A Percent Measure

Add a percentage-based performance measure to track ratios, completion rates, or proportions.

1. Log in to the Applicant Portal.
2. Navigate to your application for the opportunity.
3. Click Performance Plan.
4. Navigate to the Measures section of the Performance Plan.
5. Click Propose Measure.
6. Enter the following information for your proposed measure:
   • Measure Name (required): What is this measure called? 
   • Type: Select Percent.
   • Start Date (required)
   • Target Date (required)
   • Description (required): Explain the numerator and denominator
     1. Example: Percent of eligible participants who enrolled in the program
   • Proposed Target Percent (required)
   • Current Percent (optional) 
   • Explanation:  Justify why this measure is necessary for your program.
7. Click Create.
