Euna Grants has updated its performance tracking system. The old system's Goals, Strategies, and Achievements have been replaced by Measures, Deliverables, and Activities. All existing data has been automatically carried over. Here's a summary of what's changed:
New:
Flexible performance tracking with Milestone, Numeric, and Percent measure types
Auto-calculated progress on Deliverables based on linked Measures
Auto-calculated progress on Measures based on Activities
Configurable report schedules, automated reminders, and permission controls on Awards
Removed:
Narrative and Reimbursement Measure types are now read-only — no new ones can be created
Performance Risk thresholds have been removed
Project Goals are now view-only
* For step-by-step instructions on using the new Performance Management features, see Deliverables, Measures, and Activities Overview.
New
Activities
Activities (Previously Achievements) can now be found in the Performance dropdown, rather than navigating through the trophy icon attached to a Goal.
Users can still create new activities against the Narrative and Reimbursement Measure types.
Users can now export and delete activities on post-award Grants and Sub-Awards.
Custom Form Extensions remain a fully supported feature in Activities, letting funders add custom fields to activity records.
Deliverables
Funders can now create and manage deliverables on Opportunities, and recipients can track them before and after award on Grants and Sub-Awards. The Deliverables grid is available on the Performance Plan tab across Opportunities, Awards, Grants, and Sub-Awards.
Custom Form Extensions remain a fully supported feature in Deliverables, letting funders add custom fields to deliverable records.
The Deliverables grid now offers improved filtering, sorting, and column management.
Measures
Funders can now create and manage measures on Opportunities, and recipients can track them across the full grant lifecycle on Grants, Sub-Awards, and Awards via the Performance Plan tab.
Users can no longer create new measures using the Narrative and Reimbursement categories. Existing measures that are in this category are now read-only, and will remain accessible for reference.
Custom Form Extensions remain a fully supported feature in Measures, letting funders add custom fields for additional data capture.
Reporting
Users can now report on performance measures data in Custom Reports using four new categories: Award Measures, Grant Measures, Sub-Award Measures, and Opportunity Application Measures.
Updates
Activities
The Achievements grid within the Activity Module has been renamed to Measures.
The system now automatically deletes all associated activities when a measure is deleted to keep data clean.
The Measure Type field is now locked on measures that already have activities, preventing data conflicts.
Achievements analytics in Reporting and Tracking Periods now reflect the updated Activities data model.
Amendments
Recipients can now view and manage performance measures within Amendments, including adding, editing, and removing them.
Amendments now correctly handle Reimbursement Measures and process measure deletions without errors.
Custom Form Extension validations now apply correctly within Amendments.
The Amendments page layout and button styling have been updated for better usability.
Applicant Portal
The Applicant Portal PDF now includes performance plan data, showing Measures and Proposed Measures with their name, type, target values, linked deliverable, and description.
Applicants can now view their own proposed target number and percent values in the view modal.
The milestone icon has been updated in the Measures Detail view.
Reopened applications now correctly retain their measure data.
Awards
Bulk Copy Awards now includes Risk Configuration settings in the copy operation.
Users can now import measures data directly using the Performance Plan Import on the Awards grid.
Custom Forms
The Custom Form Extensions configuration has been updated for better usability, including corrected Publish/Unpublish modal button ordering and an updated layout.
The Performance section now reflects updated risk management — Performance Risk settings have been removed while Risk Configuration remains available.
Deliverables
Funders can no longer create or edit measures and deliverables on a published Opportunity, preventing unintended changes after publication.
The Due column on the Deliverables grid has been renamed to Due Date for clarity.
The Description field on the Deliverables grid now correctly supports grouping, filtering, and hidden filter options.
Users can now copy deliverables to post-award folders, and the Create and Copy to Post Award icons are now visible on the grid.
The post-award Deliverables grids on Grants and Sub-Awards now display grouped measures, with corrected button placement in modals.
Null values in exports and grids now display as blank instead of causing display errors.
The export file name character limit has been reduced to prevent errors when exporting Deliverables and Measures data.
The Apply and Filter buttons are now more visually distinct and easier to read.
Grant Management
Project Goals are now correctly linked to Grants, and users now see an error message when attempting to delete a goal that is in use.
Measures
Measures modals now include a Progress tooltip explaining the field values.
Legacy measure type names have been updated to match the new performance plan terminology.
The Description and Explanation fields on measures now support rich text formatting.
Measures now correctly transfer to Awards and Sub-Awards when an application is awarded through the Competitive Award Management module.
Users can now copy measures to post-award folders, and the document folder correctly reflects this action.
The Assignee(s) field on measures now shows only users from the recipient organization — funders and recipients no longer see a shared combined list.
Opportunities
Funders can now configure performance measure settings at the Opportunity level, including whether applicants can propose their own measures.
Reporting Periods
Responsible Person on Reporting and Tracking Periods has been renamed to Assignee(s) to align with updated platform terminology.
Reporting and Tracking Period labels have been updated for consistency across the platform.

The Grants Grid import modal has been updated for a cleaner import experience.
Reminder message styling and button order on Reporting Periods have been corrected for consistency.
Data Migration
-
Legacy data for Measures, Deliverables, Activities, and performance settings has been migrated across Grants, Awards, and Opportunities to align with the updated performance plan structure.
Legacy goal data for Measures has been migrated across Grants and Awards.
Legacy achievement data for Activities has been migrated across Grants and Awards.
Grant and Opportunity performance settings have been migrated to the updated configuration model.

Fixes
Awards
Tasks are now automatically generated when awards are created with reporting period or reminder settings enabled. Previously, tasks failed to generate when awards were initially created, requiring manual resaving of settings.
Expenses
Match amounts configured on budget line items now properly populate in expense creation modals regardless of filtering applied before opening the create expense form.
