Euna Grants has updated its program management capabilities with a new Program Grid and Program Dashboard. Here's a summary of what's new:

Program Management
Grids
Users can now view enhanced Programs, Awards, and Recipients grids with configurable columns for filtering, sorting, grouping, and display customization. The grids display counts for opportunities, awards, and recipients with clickable links to drill down into related records.
The Awards grid now includes columns for Agreement ID, FAIN, Program Number, Division, FEIN, FY, and action counts for Items Past Due, Submitted Payment Requests, Submitted Amendment Requests, and Submitted Reports.
The Recipients grid now displays Active Awards, and Past Awards columns, giving grantmaking staff visibility into award status and recipient risk before making award decisions.
The Programs grid now includes Funding Sources and Total Funding columns, allowing users to see the fund names and total income across all opportunities in each program.
New menu navigation options under Awards now provide access to Submitted for Review (Amendment Requests, Payment Requests, Activity Reports, Expense Reports) and Needs Attention (Reports Past Due) grids, consolidating submitted and overdue items into single discoverable locations.
All grids now support Save View functionality, allowing users to create and save custom filtered, sorted, and grouped views for their workflows. Saved views are accessible from dropdown menus on the Programs, Submitted Requests, and Program Reports grids.
New Program Reports and Submitted Requests grids provide consolidated views of reports and requests across a program, with pre-filtered views for Amendment Requests, Payment Requests, Budget Reports, and Performance Reports.
The Items Past Due column on the Awards grid now links to a pre-filtered Tasks view showing only past-due items with status Not Started, In Progress, or On Hold.
Dashboard
Users can now access a configurable Program Dashboard from the Analytics tab of any program record, displaying 10 customizable widgets that provide at-a-glance insights into program health, pending deliverables, and workflow performance. If there is no data to display, the program dashboard will show as an empty state with helpful guidance.
Users can now configure and save multiple dashboard layouts with the Save Dashboard functionality, allowing different roles to maintain custom views focused on their specific needs.
Users can utilize the following widgets in their Program Dashboards:
Submitted for Review & Needs Attention: Surface items pending funder review and requiring intervention across the program.
Top Time in Status: Shows which workflow statuses are taking the longest on average, allowing funders to identify efficiency opportunities.
Open Opportunities: Displays opportunities in open submission windows along with the count of submitted applications.
Awards by Status: Provides a pie chart breakdown of award statuses (planned, active, closed) across the program.
Open Applications by Status: Displays a pie chart of applications in merit review, segmented by workflow status.
Recent Activity: Shows the top 10 most recent activities across the program, including tasks, payment requests, amendments, and custom forms.
Payments: displays payment statuses and counts for pending review, approved, rejected, pending payment, and paid amounts.

Purpose Areas now display correctly when creating Budget Line Items on applications.
Euna Grants standard template sections (Organization Information and Personal Information) can now be completed and saved by both funders and applicants.
Administration
System Admins can now successfully access and view Programs in Program Management without encountering access restrictions.
Grants
Custom form imports no longer fail when importing files. Users can now successfully import files without encountering database constraint violations.
