Updates
Inactivity Notifications
- Inactivity notification messaging is now hidden when the notification interval is set to 0.
Payment Authorization Import
- There have been updates to the payment authorization functionality within Amplifund. The following functionalities have been added as a part of this update:
- Users can now import and manage payment authorizations directly in the Awards grid using the new Payment Authorization Import grid and staging area.
- The new Payment Authorization Import modal features a reversed layout of source and destination columns.
- The import process now runs as a background task and provides immediate feedback after clicking Import.
- Users can save, update, and delete mappings directly within the import modal.
- Grant maker users can view data validation errors visually highlighted in relevant columns.
- The import preview page includes a Needs Attention tab where users can view and fix errors such as invalid data, insufficient funds, or missing required fields by editing individual records.
- Users can view the overall import status on the preview screen, with record counts accurately reflecting successes and failures, including partial imports.
- A new Imported tab in the import preview screen shows all imported records in a non-editable grid with paging, sorting, and filtering; visible only when the import set status is “Imported” or “Partially Imported.”
- A new Pending Import status is now displayed on the Payment Authorization Imports grid.
- The Award Import modal now consistently displays the title “Award Import” and replaces the “Choose Import” dropdown with an Import Type field.
- There is a new, clearer Upload icon and a Print icon on the import preview screen.
- System Admins, Admins, Editors, Account users, and Award users have permission to import payment requests.
Workflow Amendments
- Users can now enroll amendments into an AmpliFund Workflow. The following functionalities have been added as a part of this update:
- Admins, Editors, Managers, and Additional Staff can now batch enroll amendments into a workflow directly from the Amendments grid.
- The Amendments grid includes new Workflow, Workflow Action, and Assignee columns for both Grants and Awards, allowing users to select multiple records and apply workflow actions in bulk.
- A dedicated Workflow History grid is now available under Amendments to track record progress and changes.
- All users with access to a record can now view the Workflow Admin menu to see workflow history. Admins, Managers, and Additional Staff have access to Record Management tools within this menu, allowing them to move a record back to the start of the workflow, return it to the previous step, or remove it from the workflow entirely.
- When a user moves a record to a new action, the modal closes, the record advances, assignees are notified by email, and the change is reflected in Workflow History, Workflow Assignments, and Enrolled Records. Clicking Cancel closes the modal without making any changes.
- Enrolled records now display the Workflow name, current action, and current assignees at the top of every page. This information is visible to all users, though only current assignees and administrators can move records forward.
- Users will now see a confirmation message when moving a record through a workflow via the Workflow Admin menu.
