Custom Reports
- The Workflow History category now shows the Amendment Workflow History for all amendments, even those that are in the draft status.

- Users can now enter unlimited characters in the “Reason for Edit” field when rejecting a payment request via workflow automation.

- The system now correctly saves data entered for Percentage Achieved and Percentage Changed performance goals within a performance plan.
