Updates
Amendments
- The system now automatically updates an amendment’s status when users confirm a status change if all required fields are complete and the update is allowed. If the status cannot be updated, the amendment still moves to the next action, and a warning message appears to inform the user.
- Users can no longer edit the Status field for amendments enrolled in workflows with status change automations. Conditional approved fields are automatically shown to funders based on the amendment type, allowing them to complete required information before automation runs.
- Users now see a confirmation modal before initiating a status change automation on amendments.
- When setting up an Amendment automation, users can now choose to automatically update the amendment status to Approved, Denied, or Denied: Needs More Information. This option is available to both funders and grant seekers.

- Spending threshold users can now apply default threshold settings when they create a new award, grant, or sub-award.
- Users can view spending thresholds for program and award budgets in the new Spending Thresholds section under Administration> System Settings > Award & Sub-Award . All thresholds are set to 0% by default.
